Best Beef Blend is made from cows that are never fed grain and live their entire lives on pasture. Inter Mountain Raw is buying these cows live and then making them into the blend. They are from small farms in the Willamette Valley that are not certified grass fed. The green tripe in the blend is the same green tripe that's in the other blends as it is too difficult to keep it separate during processing. Depending on the weight of the organs in the cows slaughtered, extra organs may be added from the same cows the Beef Organ Blend is made from.

Best Beef Blend is 80% muscle meat, 10% bone, and 10% secreting organ

Percentages are:

60% Muscle meat

15% Green tripe (muscle meat)

10% Bone

5% Liver

2.5% Kidney

2.5% Spleen 

5% Heart (muscle meat)
